1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using Habit Tracker ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Habit Tracker is a mobile application that helps users build and track personal habits, view progress statistics, and participate in challenges with other users. The App is available on iOS.
3. Account Registration
To use the App you must sign in with an Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. Free and Pro Plans
Habit Tracker offers a free plan with limited features and a Pro subscription with additional capabilities:
- Free: Limited number of habits and challenges per month.
- Pro Monthly: Expanded monthly limits, billed monthly through the App Store.
- Pro Annual: Expanded monthly limits, billed annually through the App Store.
- Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase for lifetime access to Pro features.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store.
- Payment is charged to your iTunes/App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (habit names, notes, photos, videos). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
7. Challenges and Social Features
When you invite others to a challenge, you consent to sharing their email address with our backend for the purpose of sending an invitation. Participants in a challenge can see each other's display names and progress within that challenge.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, trademarks and content (excluding user content), is owned by Codefirst Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. Habit Tracker is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or health advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codefirst Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
