- Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address.
- Habit Data: The habits you create, your daily logs, streaks, notes, and progress records.
- Challenge Data: Challenges you create or join, including participant emails you invite.
- Media: Photos and videos you optionally attach to habit entries (Pro feature).
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens used to send you reminders and challenge notifications.
- Purchase Information: Subscription status (monthly/annual/lifetime Pro). We do not store payment card details.
- Usage Data: Basic app interaction data to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App and its features.
- To authenticate you and manage your account.
- To send habit reminders and challenge notifications (only if you grant permission).
- To process and verify your subscription status.
- To enable social features such as challenges with friends.
- To improve and personalise your experience.

4. Third-Party Services

- Supabase – Backend database and authentication. Data is stored on Supabase servers. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Apple Sign-In – Authentication. See Apple Privacy Policy.
- Google Sign-In – Authentication. See Google Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat – In-app subscription management. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- Expo / React Native – App framework and push notification delivery.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only:
- With service providers listed above, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- With other challenge participants (only your display name and progress within a shared challenge).
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and habit records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Withdraw consent for notifications at any time via device settings.

8. Children's Privacy
Habit Tracker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
